Refund policy

Eligibility

If you purchased a VirdraLeaf license directly from VirdraStudio, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase when the product has not materially met the described workflow or cannot run on the supported system configuration.

How to request a refund

Email hello@virdrastudio.com with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for a reproduction or system details so we can distinguish a configuration problem from a product defect.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund is approved, the associated license should no longer be used and downloaded builds should be removed from active production work.

Exceptions

Custom enterprise agreements, chargebacks, third-party marketplace purchases, and taxes handled by a reseller may follow the terms of that provider or agreement.
